All USB drives failed working after Minecraft installation

Ever since I bought and installed minecraft on my computer, ALL of my USB drives have failed to work on my laptop! After looking at device manager and the USB drive properties, I found that they stopped working because a program or hardware has caused it to crash. It is possible that this has nothing to do with minecraft, but they stopped working when I installed the game.
