[MC-26676] Quartz Blocks cannot be crafted down into Nether Quartz

I don't know if this is intended or not, but Quartz Blocks cannot be crafted back into Nether Quartz items, unlike other storage blocks such as Gold or Coal Blocks.

Then how come clay and snow blocks can be transformed back into their base materials?

Also, Quartz Blocks are crafted from Nether Quartz, which is an ore like from any other mineral storage block; they should be able to be crafted down as well.

It's been that way since 1.5 so I'm going to say that's what they intended it to be. Probably because it can be crafted further into other things
