Rail crafting recipe does not appear in the redstone section of the recipe book

The crafting recipes of rails (any kind) do not appear in the redstone section of the recipe book. Instead, they will appear in the miscellaneous section.

Steps to reproduce:
1: Execute the command /recipe give @s *
2: Place down a crafting table
3: Open up the recipe book and then select the miscellaneous tab (the lava bucket and apple icon)
4: All rail types will be there, and not in the redstone section
