Incorrect part of copper door texture

After MC-266084 get fixed by updating copper door textures, some part of copper door bottom texture is not updated correctly:

• The top copper nail is not moved 1px down (shown as blue part in provided image)

• Outisde shadow of knob is not changed, even the knob is moved 1px down (shown as red part)
