[MC-266999] Crafter's tooltip buttons can still be visible to players on spectator mode

The crafter's tooltip buttons can be still visible even if players are on the spectator mode and when you try to click it when you are on the spectator mode, it won't disable the slot. You need to enable update 1.21 experimental for that.
