There are unused pixels inside the texture file for the trident. Primarily, a 2D projection of the trident texture is off to the right side of the texture map.
This can mislead resource pack artists which choose to modify the texture into modifying sections of the UV texture for no benefit.

@[Mod] Jingy Is this still an issue? If so, can you update description to show where to find this texture file for future ref?
Alternatively, the moddel fork and rod could be merged into 1 element, optimizing the model slightly by removing 6 faces. To prevent any z fighting with the then-intersecting middle element tge size could be ever so slightly reduced.
