[MC-267475] Chiseled Bookshelves don't display NBT copied books

When you place chiseled bookshelves and fill them with with books but copy them via Control + Middle Click, the books will copy into the chiseled bookshelves but when they are placed, the books will not be there and the bookshelve will be empty but if you break it then you will get the books you placed. This is very annoying for builders decorating. Please fix and also, I hate to ask but my username on minecraft is ryzen_x9 and was wondering if I could get any kind of cape for reporting this bug, thanks
