Breaking a decorated pot with an arrow doesn't affect statistics

Shooting a decorated pot with an arrow breaks it as if it were mined, but the result isn't added to the `mined:minecraft.decorated_pot` statistic.

This can be verified in-game with these commands:

`/scoreboard objectives add pots_broken minecraft.mined:minecraft.decorated_pot`

Then shoot a pot with an arrow.

`/scoreboard players get @s pots_broken`

This functionality would be very useful for map-makers, but it doesn't work right now.
