I went into a brand-new world, and found the new vault block in the chambers. I unlocked it, and about 10 seconds later it crashed. I logged back into the world I broke blocks in, and nothing saved.

Using that seed, and unlocking the vault which was right in front of the location shown in the crash log ( Entity's Exact location: -305.45, -5.51, 136.86) I could still not reproduce this. Are you able to provide a video of the crash occuring using either OBS or windows game bar? If not, some more exact steps to reproduce the issue would be helpful.
Cryptic please make a separate bug report for that issue. This report concerns crashing when opening the vault rather than LAN issues
Maybe the crash is because I have night vision 255? The crash report says something about a int value of 255.
So this is MC-268172 and probably unrelated to the vault.
Could not reproduce from unlocking 3 different vaults. Can you provide the world seed used?
