[MC-268192] Game randomly crashes

A random error keeps on crashing my world whenever the Update 1.21 Experimental toggle is enabled

The game crashed whilst saving entity nbt
Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Value 255 outside of range [0:127]

Yes, I gave myself night vision with an amplifier above 127 and went into spectator mode at a trial chamber and the game crashed
