I know, the issue already was reported and it is marked "work as intended", but there is some disbalance.
You don't realy need to aim the Wind Charge to redirect it, so you can easyly spam attack and be safe from breeze attacking you.
There could be a simple fix, so this mechanic will be balanced. Unless your attack is NOT on cooldown, you NEED to aim the Wind Charge's hitbox.

All the behavior shown in the video is working as intended. The wind charge (and other similar entities like dragon/ghast fireballs) intentionally has a larger hitboxe (see MC-266871), and the last part of the report is suggesting behavior changes.
Please link the issue you are referring to and provide a video with the new information you have on the issue. As such, I do not have enough information to understand exactly what you are referring to.
