Breeze charge has laggy unnatural flightpaths when punched

Steps to reproduce:

1. set up a dispenser which shoots the new wind charges repeatedly.
2. stand at a 45 degree angle from where the wind charges are flying to and punch several of them.
3. notice that as they fly into the distance, they teleport between maintaining their previous momentum and flying in a straight line with the new momentum.
