Sorry if I worded the title badly, idk how to describe it. When you use the wind charge and fall in something that cancels fall damage, the fall damage is taken the next time you fall.

Reproducible setup:
[media]The fall can be as small as a single block. Even if you switch to creative mode before the next time you fall, and fall while in creative mode, you will still take damage the next time you fall in survival mode.
