different changes of the world disappear after relogging - save data not complete

Almost every time I'm going to continue a game, the last few minutes of changings (placing and digging blocks) disappeared. Nevertheless, blocks used in this period are gone. Tool abrasion is correct. Seems that the save data are not actualized completely before writing to file. Basics!
