Fire charges should be throwable for parity with the wind charge

not sure if I should post here, but seeing as copper bulb tik speed wasn't actually a bug, I think it still fits

since the breeze is just a wind version of the blaze and thus the "wind charge" is (as the name suggests) a wind version of the fire charge, it only makes sense for them to have similar abilities for their respective elements

as the fire charge is practically useless as it's just a single use flint and steel, and is seen as being thrown or launched in every other application in minecraft (dispensers, ghasts, blazes) it makes zero sense for it just be a single use version of the flint and steel, as it's just completely useless as it's job is already taken up by the flint and steel

I suggest it be similar to the ghast fireball where it explodes on impact but not a huge explosion, just very minor, maybe the recipe can be made more expensive or they can be dropped by ghasts or blazes instead of being crafted

this wouldn't be that overpowered, it's not like that matters anymore with netherite sharpness 5 swords and protection 4 netherite armour. this is nothing but a little bit of fun

they can be limited to stack to 16 or not stack at all
