[MC-268806] Every tool and weapons deal 4 damage with 1.6 attack speed

So i was creating a new world and noticed that my stone axe did 4 damage with a good attack speed , i thought it was maybe nerfed but after crafting a diamond sword it was the same , checked a bit later in creative mod and every tools and weapon have the same stats
