When I am summoning wind charge and trying to charge it with other wind charge it glitches.
UPD: It also glitches when I'm trying to charge into water column with soul send in the bottom.

I am not sure... In my case, it is glitches and dont fly at all, just teleporting in start and end.
With water it just behave weirdly
From 'Untitled video (13)' this is the same issue as MC-266467 so I'm resolving this as a duplicate.
Does MC-266467 describe your issue?
