The "Wind Charge" added for 1.21 can be used to craft "Breeze Rod", instead of just adding "Breeze Rod" to it. I think this has to be fixed, it has a good chance of misleading players. Even if "Breeze" drops "Breeze Rod".

I cannot find any instance of a recipe which uses wind charges as an ingredient, only breeze rods. Can you provide the exact recipe you're describing?
