The Edit World Section if a Little Off-centered when in Full Screen Mode

The Issue is not correctly displayed when taking a screenshot on Full Screen, that is why I was not able to upload the Screenshot. Note : The GUI Scale is 2 

Could you give some clarification on how exactly it is off? A pixel count, or general distance would be helpful, as 'off centered' can be vague. Something like a screenshot would help.

I mentioned that in my First comment. it isn't letting me take the Screenshot on Full Screen mode. Instead it is taking the Screenshot of the same window While not in Full Screen. The Bug is only when on Full Screen Mode. My GUI Scale is 2

The Line above is longer than the line below. It shows that it is a bit off-centered.
