Heavy cores delete water when placed into it.

Heavy cores are waterloggable but they delete water when placed into water.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a singular block of water and obtain a heavy core.

2. Place the heavy core into the water.

Observed Behavior:

Heavy cores delete water when placed into it.

Expected Behavior:

Heavy cores would not delete water when placed into it.
