If a wind charge has no Motion and is then given motion without punching it, the wind charge will seem to move twice as fast as it is supposed to be moving, then warp back to its true position over and over again until it collides with a block even if the wind charge does not appear to be at that location when they collide.
This movement is only visual and will phase through everything in its path without exploding.
