[MC-270017] Weaving effect does nothing if you respawn too quickly

If you die with the weaving effect and respawn quickly enough, whether through clicking the button as soon as possible or if doImmediateRespawn is enabled, no cobwebs are placed

note: this bug is somewhat difficult to replicate without doImmediateRespawn due to the respawn button taking a bit to become usable
