Despite being permanently in the "ominous" state (compared to ominous trial spawners, which are just a phase), ominous vaults do not have their own ID, don't exist as items and thus aren't available in the Creative inventory.

I found a trial chamber and middle clicked the ominous vault and got an item named "Vault", so i placed that but once i placed it, the block had the texture of a ominous vault for about half a second and then switched texture to a normal vault. Although it acted as a normal vault, the texture on the vault while holding it looked clearly like an ominous vault in comparison to a generated ominous vault. It IS in the creative inventory, but it's called a Vault and not a ominous vault.
