When hovering over a primary power
or secondary power
effect icon in a beacon block's GUI, the tooltip will be positioned incorrectly relative to the mouse cursor.
Steps to Reproduce:
Place down a beacon block
Hover your cursor over an effect icon
Observed & Expected Results:
❌ - The tooltip naming the effect will be positioned lower down than expected relative to the cursor, and will be off to the right as well.
✔ - The tooltip would be either be centered horizontally to the cursor off to the side, or

Notes:
It's worth noting that alongside not matching any other tooltip positions relative to the cursor, this is also the only tooltip I've found which is not static to the cursors position. It moves vertically relative to the cursor's position over the beacon effect.
