boat broke after rowing off a 4 block high edge and me punching it with an iron axe. was playing normally when this happened. started recording after it first happened and successfully recreated it.

This is the same issue as MC-119369; it happens from a smaller height likely because you exited the boat early, which changes the momentum of the boat.
