Summary
When a jukebox starts playing a disc, any player 65+ blocks away when it started will not hear it when they enter its range. This happens on both singleplayer and multiplayer, the disc doesn't matter.
What I expected to happen was:
When the player (who started outside of the jukeboxes range) enters the jukeboxes range they should be able to hear the disc that is currently playing.
What actually happened was:
When the player (who started outside of the jukeboxes range) enters the jukeboxes range they can not hear the disc that is currently playing.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up a hopper to put a disc in a jukebox from 65+ blocks away. (Example in video)
2. Make sure you are 65+ blocks away, and unlock the hopper to put the disc in the jukebox.
3. Move into range of the jukebox.
