Sound events created when a player preforms an action like eating, throwing an item, or using an item cannot be heard when the player has a larger scale attribute set. This results in missing out on necessary gameplay feedback for the player.
Steps to Reproduce:
Modify the player's scale to a larger value, such as;
/attribute @s minecraft:generic.scale base set 20
Preform one of the following actions:
Eat an item
Use a weapon (such as a trident, or bow)
Use an item (like a map, ender eye, or spyglass)
Observed Behavior:
The action will preform as expected, but the sound created cannot be heard by the player.
Expected Behavior:
Considering the sound plays at a regular/lower scale value, and provides the player with necessary gameplay feedback, the sound should also be heard at larger scale values.

Notes
On certain large, but not extremely high scales, it is possible for the sounds to not be heard in the second, or third-person perspectives, but be heard in first-person.
