Wind charges only activate the bottom block of doors

Wind charges only open/close doors if the explosion reaches the bottom block of the door.

To reproduce:

1. Place two blocks above and below a door as shown in the left side of the screenshot (the right side uses levers for comparison purposes)

2. Shoot the center of the yellow block below the door, note that the door opens/closes as expected.

3. Shoot the center of the yellow block above the door, note that the door does not open/close as expected.
