[MC-270813] Boats cannot be placed at 180°

When ever I try to place boat at 180 ° it changes to 176° always we can do 0, 90 and 270 but 180 is not possible please fix this bug as it hinders with my farms and boat speed ways

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue: a boat placed on ice while the player is facing ±180° also faces ±180°, as expected. Could you provide specific steps to reproduce the bug?

This issue is also happening for me in 1.21.1. I have tried to place the boat by hand ±180°, and yet it just aligns itself to ±178.X°. The only solution that I found to this issue is to use the /summon command to summon a boat ±180°. But I need to work in survival, so I can't use the solution.
