[MC-270892] Even if the attribute generic.gravity is 0, it can sneak out of the step below the value of the attribute generic.step

Set attribute generic.step_height to 8.
Stack blocks and go up 8 blocks.
Set attribute generic.gravity to 0.
Trying to get out of there while sneaking.

turbo, it was MC-270748, but a fix in the sneak code changed this bug from 1.20.5-pre2.
