Expected Behavior
Villagers are unable to trade experimental enchantments when the respective experiments are turned off.
What I got.
Villagers without the rework enabled can trade Mace enchantments without the 1.21 experimental features.
How to reproduce.
Keep rerolling villager trades until you get a Mace enchantment.

Might also be with enchantment tables.
It is on Enchantment Tables on bedrock.

I cannot reproduce this problem with enchantment tables in 1.20.5-rc2. Please verify that this is actually a problem and don't just guess.
