Kicks from server when links posted

I am playing on a multiplayer server where anytime someone types anything resembling a link (e.g. "m.m") an error is thrown, and anyone on versions 1.20.3 and greater are kicked

I would guess this has to do with the {action"open_url"} part, where this is treated as an invalid link
