[MC-271257] Empty bundle plays sound "Item unpacked" when right-clicked over an empty slot

If you have an empty bundle selected and right-click an empty slot, sound "Item unpacked" still plays.

How to reproduce:
1. Create a world with cheats enabled and the bundle experimental feature on

2. Give yourself a bundle and do not fill it up

3. Select the bundle and right-click an empty slot

4. Sound "Item unpacked" will play
