My Hunger Bar is not refilling when I eat. I've tried logging out and back in, eating different foods and even dying and respawning but nothing is fixing it. I have no idea what caused it to happen. I also noticed when I was removing some blocks they would glitch like I had placed them but I hadn't. The problem eating started after this.

If your ping on the server is above about 500, this will happen consistently. Try eating cake, it is not done serverside like normal eating.

Please see if you can reproduce the issue in vanilla. Modded issues are not accepted on the bug tracker.

These two things probably need to be reconciled. I would expect an environment that matches the reported version.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified and outdated.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
A world which had previously been opened with a modified client might be corrupted. Please try reproducing the issue in a newly generated world.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers like Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
