[MC-271390] Switching language from Simplified Chinese to English when offline entering the game, "Telemetry Data..." still displays in Simplified Chinese.

When starting the game offline and switching from Simplified Chinese to English, "Telemetry Data..." still appears in Simplified Chinese.

Reproduction steps: Close the network and start the game. Switch the language to Simplified Chinese and then reopen the game. Switch the language to English. It can be seen that "Telemetry Data..." still displays in Simplified Chinese.
