Crafting Tables are not working properly

Desciption:

Crafting tables are not working properly

Although the item is successfully crafted. the materials used for it remain in the grid (and inventory)

Also there is no way to shift-click items

(Tested with 3x1 recipe)

Ways to reproduce:

1) Grab 3 stacks of sugar cane

2) Put them in a 3x1 in a crafting table (the paper should appear)

3) Attempt to (shift-)click the paper

Expected Outcome:

The sugar cane is consumed and you have 3 paper (or 3 stacks of paper if shift-clicked)

Observed Outcome:

No Sugar Cane is consumed, and 3 paper (whether shift-clicked or not) are collected
