[MC-271475] Crafting items will give me infinite items but won't let me shift-click

I'm trying to craft paper but my crafting is glitching.

What I expected to happen was...:
3 stacks of paper would be crafted and in my inventory.

What actually happened was...:
I received 3 papers and my 3 stacks were still in the crafting area

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put sugar cane in crafting table in horizontal line
2. Click or shift-click the product (paper)
