[MC-271624] Placing a CTRL + Pick Block-ed ominous vault shows up as a normal vault, but acts like an ominous vault

So, in 24w18a when in Creative you press CTRL + MMB on a Ominous vault and you placed it the block look like the normal vault but work at the ominous one.

This report could also use a better title, such as:
"Placing a CTRL + Pick Block-ed ominous vault shows up as a normal vault, but acts like an ominous vault"

The vault below shows as a normal vault visually, but acts like an ominous vault when opened.
Only accepts ominous trial keys.

Technically, the Ominous Vault is just a Vault, but with a different state. They're the same block. I really think they should make CTRL + Pick Block work though.
