Shift-clicking logs to planks in inventory crafting doesn't consume logs

Punch tree, shift click log, log isn't consumed. Pick up log, put back in crafting grid, shift click more planks. Not a visual error, duplicated planks persist through reloads and can be used in crafting and building.
