Bonus Chest and Villages Don't Spawn on Snowy Kingdom Superflat Option
This problem still persists in the latest version. The original report was marked as 'Working as Intended' although I cannot see why. Making the option like this work as intended makes Snowy Kingdom unplayable.

Villages do not spawn ice plains. Villages spawn only in plains and desert biomes: http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Villages
