Player in minecart can clip through nether portal frame when teleporting to the nether if the minecart is instantly destroyed

Reproducing the bug:

1.Create a nether portal

2.Place rail on one side of the portal

3.Place cactus on the other side of the portal

4.Place minecart on the rail

5.Drive the minecart to the nether portal

Confirmed on 1.21-pre2; however I was only able to trigger this once out of many tries.

Cannot  reproduce this bug in 24w34a with minecart improvements,it may fixed this bug.
