Sonic boom ignores enchantments made to counter it

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Download the attached datapack

  2. Run 

    /enchant @s draft:magic_protection 4

    while holding a piece of armor

  3. Summon a warden and wait for it to use a sonic boom

Observed result:
The damage from the sonic boom is fully taken
 
Expected result:
The damage from the sonic boom would be partially blocked

Pleae include the commands needed to reproduce this issue and update the description to include Expected VS Observed results.

The attached data pack does not remove sonic boom damage from the bypasses_enchantments tag
