Wind charges fired by Breezes affect redstone parts through blocks

Wind charges shot by breezes affect redstone parts through blocks. Wind charges from dispensers do not do this. (All recorded in videos)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put a Breeze into a minecart (or use /summon X Y Z breeze_wind_charge ) and build the wall / floor and put behind the wall / floor some redstone parts (like in the video)

2. Make the breeze shoot a wind charge directed to the wall / floor

3. Watch what happens

Observed Results:
Wind charges shot by breezes affects redstone parts behind the wall / floor

Expected Results:
Wind charges shot by breezes should not affect redstone parts through the wall / floor
