Exclusive enchantments appear in any loot chest (soul speed, wind burst, etc)

I could not reproduce this through the provided world, nor through my own testing. Do you have a specific chest loot seed that generates loot with the aforementioned enchantments?

Run the command 

/setblock ~ ~ ~1 minecraft:chest{LootTable:"chests/abandoned_mineshaft",LootTableSeed:2234L} keep

As you can see, density appears here. EDIT: I just realised density is meant to appear randomly in chests, so i'll try to find another seed that shows this as well

Density (and Breach for that matter) are intended per the 24w13a changelog:

• Three new enchantments have been introduced that are unique to the Mace:

  • Density:

    • Common Enchantment, accessible in the Enchanting Table and on Enchanted Books in loot

  • Breach:

    • Rare Enchantment, accessible in the Enchanting Table and on Enchanted Books in loot

Please find a chest loot seed with enchantments that are not supposed to be found through chests (like you mentioned in the description: Soul Speed, Swift Sneak (except for Ancient Cities) and Wind Burst). Otherwise this will have to be resolved as Cannot Reproduce.
