Gravity blocks dropping the item when destroyed by a torch, slab, button

Gravity blocks like sand, gravel, anvils and dragon eggs still drop there item form when destroyed by a torch, button, slab, pressure plat and button when tile drops are set to being of.

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In a world run the command: /gamerule dotiledrops false

  2. Place a pillar of a few blocks high with a gravity block i.e sand

  3. Grab an item such as a torch and brake the bottom sand and place the torch

  4. The gravity block should drop the item

This is works as intended. Not a bug.
