In 1.20.6 and lower, enchanted books came in the order of armor enchantments, swords, then pickaxe, axe, shovel and hoe, then fishing rods, tridents, crossbows, and in 1.21, now it would have been the mace and lastly, mending and curse of vanishing. Ever since data-driven enchantments were added in 24w18a, enchanted books have been sorted by their namespaced IDs alphabetically.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to the creative mode menu in 1.20.6 and earlier.
Go to the Ingredients tab and scroll down to the bottom.
See which order the enchanted books are in.
Go to the creative mode menu in 24w18a and later.
Go to the Ingredients tab and scroll down to the bottom.
See which order the enchanted books are in.
Observed result:
The enchanted books are sorted by their namespaced IDs alphabetically.
Expected result:
They retain the order that was in 1.20.6 and earlier.
