To reproduce:
1. create a world with seed -63426150209767302
2. run /tp -350 -12 30 to teleport to an entrance of a trial chamber
3. Mineshaft generates a spawner room inside a trial chamber, which removes everything except the spawner because its a non-replaceable block.
