Sometimes, chunks regenerate in a weird way, some chunks regenerate on a different Y axis. The biome looks like a big mess of chunks in different heights...
Every new world that is generated, superflat or normal. Has at least 6 chunks like this in the spawn area.

When you say regenerate, do you mean that you use the "regenerate" option, or that you create another world using the same name as a previous world?

I mean, I start a completely new world and this is what I get sometimes, not always, but it's like this, it's a lot of it.
