minecraft 1.21 changing the graphics settings in intergrated gpu laptop 4gb ram causes strange extreme flickering

So, when i tryed to change my graphics settings, even not pressing anything, just waiting in the video graphics settings, it freezes then i exit fullscreen and extreme flickering happens on the screen and if i go full screen again its all frozen but i can here me clicking stuff but its just a frozen screen. Please fix
