Soul speed momentum resets when jumping on soul sand

When running on soul sand with soul speed enchanted boots when you jump and land the momentum resets, on soul soil running and jumping works properly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find or place down a patch of soul sand

2. Sprint-jump on them while wearing boots enchanted with Soul Speed

Observed result:
Every time you land your momentum is reset.

Expected result:
Every time you land your momentum is not reset, like in 1.20.6.
